Parallel Divisions - Parallel Group of Companies originated with Parallel Welding, Fabrication Ltd. in 2013, and expanded to include Parallel Mechanical Ltd., Parallel Trucking Ltd., Parallel One Enterprises Ltd. and Parallel Pine Industries Ltd.
Parallel delivers Welding, Heavy Fabrication, Mechanical, Electrical, Programming & Controls, Line Boring and Full-Trade Construction-based products and services in Canada and the United States.

Parallel - Welding Fabrication
Parallel Welding, Fabrication provides heavy fabrication, custom design-builds and structural steel builds for Canadian and American plants, mines, and mills.
We fabricate heavy forestry, mining, aggregate, drilling, steel recycling and agricultural equipment.
With two heavy fab shops, top tier manufacturing equipment, portable line boring, specialized machining, plus sandblasting and painting facilities, we progress client equipment and steel needs from inception to completion.
Parallel - Mechanical
Parallel Mechanical specializes in the design, refurbishment, installation and maintenance of industrial equipment and mechanical systems.
Full Engineering and System Design for lumber manufacturing, agricultural processing plants and mining. Plant Programming & Controls. Equipment tear-outs and installs. Equipment refurbishment and replacement. Completions and Commissioning. Start-up. Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance across mills and plants including shutdowns, routine and emergency maintenance.
Parallel - Construction
As a full trade constructor, Parallel's solutions in both green-field and brown-field construction includes full industrial tear downs, re-builds, new builds and general contracting.
Our expertise is applied in all facets of Commercial, Heavy Civil and Industrial Construction, notably supporting clients in natural resource development and heavy manufacturing. Our expertise ranges from earthworks, concrete, and building envelopes complete with critical equipment, to fully outfitted and operational mills and plants.
